Return Policy
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns on opened or used beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items.
- As individual skin reactions can vary, we recommend doing a patch test before full use of any product as we are unable to offer refunds for adverse reactions where the product is not faulty
- You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non- refundable
