How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via the conact form with your order details.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted

 

Return Policy 

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns on opened or used beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items.
  • As individual skin reactions can vary, we recommend doing a patch test before full use of any product as we are unable to offer refunds for adverse reactions where the product is not faulty
  • You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. 
  • Original shipping fees are non- refundable 

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us using the contact form within a reasonable time of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

Once assessed, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
