Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lipea Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains your rights and our obligations.

 

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via the conact form with your order details.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted


Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns on opened or used beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items.

We may accept change of mind returns on unopened and unused items provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all seals intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us using the contact form within a reasonable time of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage

Once assessed, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

As individual skin reactions can vary:

  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product

  • We are unable to offer refunds for adverse reactions where the product is not faulty



Sale Items & Promotions

  • Sale or promotional items are subject to the same consumer guarantees as full-priced items

  • Change of mind returns on sale items are not accepted unless otherwise stated

 


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming the fault

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You will need to pay for the cost of return shipping
  • If a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
